Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FoxyNote is operated by no big deals s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic (IČ: 23362642, DIČ: CZ23362642), with its registered office at Uralská 688/5, Bubeneč, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic ("we", "our", "us").

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using FoxyNote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

3. The service

FoxyNote is an AI-powered meeting assistant that joins your video calls to record, transcribe, and generate notes. The service includes the FoxyNote web application and the FoxyNote Chrome extension.

4. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your account credentials or magic link with others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Record meetings without the knowledge and consent of all participants, where required by applicable law.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through FoxyNote, including meeting recordings, transcripts, and notes ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the service. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose without your consent.

7. AI-generated content

FoxyNote uses AI to generate transcriptions, summaries, and notes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.

8. Teams & collaboration

If you create or join a team, meeting content may be shared with other team members according to the team's settings. Team administrators are responsible for managing access and ensuring all members comply with these terms.

9. Payment & credits

Certain features of FoxyNote require credits or a paid subscription. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Availability & warranties

We provide FoxyNote "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no big deals s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
